Online Orders

For online orders we collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and dispatch address.

In respect of any payment details, we will only ever store your payment type, the last four digits of your card details and expiry date. This data will only be used to process your order using our payment partner’s (Stripe) secure payment platform systems. A link to their Privacy Policy is below for your convenience.

We also collect records of email correspondence (including further information we may request from you) when you contact us to request information, report a problem, or provide feedback on our products and services.

Under the GDPR you may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website’s email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email your request to info@varoshe.com, or write to the business address at the bottom of this policy.

Email marketing campaigns published by Varoshe Ltd may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation.
